I have been using passive income to support my full time work for over a decade. This has included all of the strategies included on this site from traditional dividend investing to renting out my car to getting free dinners and hotel stays.

This site is for those of you who see the get rich quick sites on passive income, and who may have lost some of your own money to those scams. We’ve all been there (don’t even mention “short squeezes” to me). I will give you real world experience on how well a passive investment strategy has worked, whether its actually passive, and the pitfalls to watch out for.
